An Xpose associate producer must lead presenters, reporters and researchers under the direction of the Series Producer. Full of ideas, they must show great initiative, sound editorial judgement & demonstrate a precise understanding of what makes informative and entertaining television.

Main tasks of Job:

Helps controls programme editorial under the direction of the Series Producer
Gallery Outputs Gives solid editorial direction live on air & briefs presenters
Drives initiatives daily within team to achieve highest broadcast standards
Liaises with relevant departments optimizing planning with: news, legal, commercial, cameras, accounts and IPU
Overviews & Plans OBs, VT content and lives reports into daily show
Cuts/reworks packages to ensure a very high standard of VT’s
Works with commercial department and partners to ensure that our editorial and commercial interest work to mutual benefit
Develops and Originates High Impact Editorial Series
Leads and inspires reporters and the production team to book high impact content and delegates duties appropriately
Initiates and leads Xpose social media activity
Responsible for administration of rosters, purchase orders, invoices.
