Position: Researcher to source contributors for documentary series. This 2-part series will look at immigration, and the misinformation and disinformation about this topic that pervades Irish society.

Responsibilites:
– Conduct research to identify and connect with immigrant teenagers (aged 18 and older) from various cultural backgrounds, possessing unique stories and perspectives.

– Explore Irish communities to find individuals who hold contrasting viewpoints to the immigrant narratives.

– Collaborate closely with the production team to curate a diverse range of compelling stories for the series.

Requirements:
– Experience researching contributors, and particular experience demonstrating community engagement.

– Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with community members from diverse cultural backgrounds.

– Proficiency in conducting interviews with empathy, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
