Student short Film-Limerick

*Casting notice for actors and extras for short dramatic student film shooting in Limerick*

Shooting begins in Limerick on Monday 11th Nov. Unpaid.

We require:

Actor 1 – (Lucas) main character:

Male

Age 20-25

Tall – broad.

Lucas is a quiet, loving, recovering alcoholic in the eyes of his girlfriend Ivy but behind the scenes his addiction has taken over once again.

Actor 2 – (Ivy) main character:

Female

Age 20-25

Average height – Slim – long hair.

Ivy is the supportive, kind hearted girlfriend of Lucas, she is head strong and likes to see Lucas at his best but make sure he knows where he stands if a wrong move is made.

Actor 3 – (detective) side character:

Male

Age 30-35

Average to tall height – broad.

The detective is required to question Lucas and interrogate him in a scene. He is a firm , serious older guy who wears a suit.

Extras :

1. Guard – Male – age around 30- required for multiplication scenes.
2. Prisoner- male- background filler for the “common room” scene.
3. 6 -8 extras any age or gender required to sit in the “common room” as visitors who will be visiting family members
