The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth theatre/theatre and a minimum of three years senior management experience in the arts or minimum ten years of professional experience directly in youth theatre. They will be experienced in developing and implementing strategy and have the ability to lead and manage the staff and resources of Youth Theatre Ireland to deliver on its role and mission as an organisation.
