Arts and Disability Connect includes Mentoring, Training, New Work, and Research and Development awards for individual artists with disabilities.

In 2023 these four awards are split across two opportunities.

The first opportunity includes Mentoring or Training awards. The second opportunity includes New Work or Research and Development awards.

Opportunity 1
Opens: Monday 3 April.
Deadline: Wednesday 7 June at 4pm.
Applicants will be contacted with their outcome by the end of July.

Opportunity 2
Opens: Monday 14 August.
Deadline: Tuesday 10 October at 4pm.
Applicants will be contacted with their outcome by early December.

The Arts and Disability Connect scheme is designed to support artists with disabilities to be ambitious, to develop their practice and to connect with arts organisations and arts professionals in the Republic of Ireland.

Come Ask Questions: Information sessions

Artists and people supporting them to apply for Arts and Disability Connect can join the ADI team for an online live information session and ask any questions about making an application. This will be held on Tuesday 16 May at 12-1pm via Zoom.

ISL interpreters will be provided by Bridge Interpreting and speech to text will be provided by MyClearText.
