Location:                                    Arklow and Woodenbridge, County Wicklow. Shooting outdoors for the entire production.

SYNOPSIS:

“Seven Moments in Time” is a moving and funny story about the gap between generations.

It explores the misconceptions some elderly people have of teenagers and the  misconceptions some teens have of older people.

In this story, an elderly man sits on a park bench every week to have a snack. This changes when a teenager sits on the same bench! The generational and cultural differences cause sparks between the two over seven moments in time….

Until something changes everything!!

CAST

Lead 1: Cast.

Pat Nolan (Fair City – RTE / Batman Begins)

Lead 2:

Teenager, Male, aged between 16 to 19 years old. This role requires a young versatile actor that             delivers dramatic, comedy and emotional elements, with the ability to perform a Rap song. The character is a skateboarding teen who loves to write rap songs and fancies himself as a rapper.

Mature Passer-by:

Female, aged over 65 years. The Character passes by from time to time nodding her head acknowledging she knows the Elderly Man and saying a few words in passing. There is a scene between the Lady and the Teenager.

Young Boy:

Aged between 10 and 13 years. The young boy meets the Teenager in one scene where they talk for a short while. (Must have Parent/Guardian on set with them at all times) Please send Self-tape of no longer than 3 minutes.
