CASTING CALL – SHORT FILM – UNPAID

My little brother, Charlie, is an aspiring filmmaker and has written his first narrative short film! This is a 5-page supernatural comedy called Really Normal Activity, and we’re looking to bring it to life.
It’s a short about 2 house mates, Tom & Harry. Tom believes in ghosts, and Harry doesn’t. Tom tries to convince Harry ghosts are real, but Harry has a smart answer for everything, despite all the evidence.
We’re seeking 2 male actors (18-30) to play the lead roles of Tom and Harry.
Filming Date: Saturday, 15th of August
Filming Location: Lawrencetown (5 minutes from Banbridge)
As this is a passion project, we unfortunately can’t offer payment. However, travel and food will be covered, and it’s a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain screen credits, professional showreel footage, and experience working on a fun independent short film
I’ll be the cinematographer on the project, and as an award-winning cinematographer, I’m excited to help Charlie bring his first film to life alongside other award winning crew members. We’re also hoping to submit the finished film to festivals, with the main focus on young filmmaker festivals.
The roles are best suited for people who are passionate about acting and looking to build experience, but experienced actors are more than welcome!
