Hi all — I’m am Irish-based playwright looking to connect with drama groups, directors, and actors who might be interested in new work for performance or staged readings.
I’ve a number of original scripts ready to go, including:
• The Names They Gave Us – a four-hander exploring identity, family secrets, and acceptance, with a strong emotional core and a powerful closing monologue.
• School Gate – a sharp, funny two-hander about two very different women thrown together at a school gate — class, conflict, and unexpected connection.
• Hold Up – a dark comedy with a failed robbery, buried history, and an unlikely love story.
• Becky – a one-act family drama centred around a wedding, long-buried tensions, and a returning brother.
All scripts are actor-driven, dialogue-led, and suitable for small casts and flexible staging.
I’d love to collaborate with any groups interested in:
– Script-in-hand readings
– Workshop development
– Full productions
Happy to share scripts, chat through ideas, or tailor pieces to suit a group.
Feel free to comment below or DM me if something sparks.
UPDATE
Thanks again everyone for the interest. I have set up a small private group and endeavoured to invite everyone who expressed an interest. If for some reason you did not recieve the invite you can join here:
A small group where I’ll share scripts and organise readings and opportunities for anyone who’d like to stay involved:
