Hello everyone,

I’m directing my next short film, PALADIN, in the first week of November. We are looking at shooting on the 4th and 5th of November. Location is Dundalk.

Unfortunately, the role is unpaid as this is a no budget short film. None of the roles below will be longer than a day shoot (except for the RED HOOD role). You will be fed and travel expenses covered.
PALADIN is a crime film that follows the journey of a Guard as he stumbles across a situation that forces him to make a choice. No matter what he chooses, his life will forever be changed.
Below is a list of the roles we’re looking to cast:
RED HOOD (MALE) – A hitman who works for a local gang. Late 20s to early 30s. A man who can look innocent but then turn nasty in an instant.
VANESSA (FEMALE) – A wife and mother. Caring, with a cheeky side. Late 20s, early 30s.
YVONNE (FEMALE) – In the early stages of pregnancy, overly worried about her husband (the guard). Early 30s.
EMILY (FEMALE) – A child, thinks of her Dad as a hero. 7 or 8 years old.
All of these roles are main supporting roles with a lot of dialogue.
