Dublin Theatre Festival is seeking applications for the post of Office Assistant. This is a seasonal position.

Purpose and Scope of the Post

The Office Assistant actively coordinates the daily running of the festival reception and front office during the festival period. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for the on-going management of the Covid-19 policies such as cleaning rotas, visitor management, monitoring stock levels of hand sanitizer and cleaning products, and ensuring compliance is adhered to by staff and visitors to Festival House. Responsibilities include reception duties, management of office spaces, administration of the festival’s communication systems, and administrative support. The Office Assistant supports and coordinates office and facilities management including ensuring all stationery and building supplies are monitored and replenished efficiently. The Office Assistant will work with the Festival Administrator on financial reporting through data input of invoices. The Office Assistant reports to the Festival Administrator and ultimately to the General Manager of Dublin Theatre Festival.

Remuneration

The salary for this post is €22,000 per annum pro rata
