The Executive Producer will play a key part in delivering the CEO/ Director’s vision for the future of the theatre with specific responsibility for exploring commercial opportunities for Gate Theatre productions and developing the Gate’s national and international touring profile.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of ten years’ experience working as a senior leader within an arts organisation with a proven ability to produce or executive produce ambitious and original work for the stage.

The Gate Theatre is recruiting for a CAR PARK ATTENDANT
The successful candidate will work with our team to provide top notch customer service and maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for all Gate visitors.

This role includes but is not restricted to the following nightly duties:
1. Maintaining a professional, courteous and welcoming presence for all patrons attending the Gate Theatre.
2. Directing patrons to appropriate entry point to theatre.
3. Informing Front of House Manager of any patrons that require lift access.
4. Opening main gates for those patrons that require lift access and cannot fit comfortably through the pedestrian gate.
5. Keeping Front of House Manager informed of all relevant information/developments from the car park area.
6. Maintaining a Security presence in the Car Park on behalf of the Gate.
7. Assisting patrons with cars with efficient departure at end of evening performances at the formal exit from the Rotunda Car Park.
8. Responsibility for money received from Front of House Manager.
9. Maintaining an accurate float at all times.
10. Assisting patrons at all times with any queries or difficulties.
11. Maintaining a Security presence on Saturdays prior to a) arrival of Front of House Manager and b) commencement of regular Car Park duties.
12. Key holder with responsibility for occasional lock up and alarm setting of Gate Theatre building.
Regular hours: 6.30pm – close of theatre. (Monday to Saturday, occasional Sundays and mid-week matinées)
Saturdays: 12 midday to 6pm
This role is part-time, with the possibility of full-time.
The successful candidate will have a friendly demeanour and strong customer service skills. They must be highly reliable, with an excellent work ethic.

The Gate Theatre is recruiting for a PRODUCTION & MARKETING ASSISTANT
The successful candidate will facilitate the smooth operation of the Marketing, Communications and Production function of the Gate Theatre. To support the Director of Marketing and Communications in the practical delivery of marketing activity and campaigns and to provide administrative support as necessary. To provide limited administrative support to other departments and to the production team generally.
